School Psychology Program Planning

The Recommended Course Sequence form is helpful for mapping and monitoring your progress through the Masters and Specialist programs. Please complete the form and bring it to meetings with your advisor. The Portfolio Guidelines form should be reviewed during your first semester and throughout your time in the school psychology program. This should be used as a guide in developing your electronic portfolio. Through collaboration with you advisor, you electronic portfolio should be reviewed at the end of each semster.

The following form should be completed and given to Dr. Woitaszewski prior to graduating with the Master's degree:
