Counseling Program

Requirements for Masters in Counseling Program application at UW-RF:

• Completed Application Form
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Two copies of official transcripts indicating an undergraduate GPA of 2.75 or greater, sent directly from all school attended
• Résumé
• Letter of intent which addresses the following areas:
  a. service to the community
  b. volunteer work
  c. commitment to others
  d. work and professional goals
  e. areas which the applicant considers to be his/her strengths and weaknesses
• Three letters of recommendation that address areas under the letter of intent
• Application Fee of $45.00
• Application form, fee, and all other materials, MUST be submitted by October 1/February 1 preceding admission. Incomplete files will NOT be considered.
