Degrees and Diplomas

FALL GRADUATES:

Students will receive an official transcript with the degree indicated in approximately mid-January. The diploma will be sent out in approximately late March.

J-TERM GRADUATES:

Students will receive an official transcript with the degree indicated in approximately late January. The diploma will be sent out approximately mid-April.

SPRING GRADUATES:

Students will receive an official transcript with the degree indicated in approximately mid-June. The diploma will be sent out in approximately late August.

SUMMER GRADUATES:

Students will receive an official transcript with the degree indicated in approximately early September. The diploma will be sent out in approximately late October.

Final transcripts and diplomas are mailed to the permanent address indicated on the Graduation Application. All holds with the University must be removed before any transcripts or the diploma will be mailed out. Holds can be checked on the eSIS system.

DUPLICATE DIPLOMAS:

Duplicate diplomas may be ordered through the Registrar's Office. To have a duplicate diploma ordered, the Registrar's Office needs the following information:

How your name should be printed on the diploma.
The date you received your degree.
The address you would like the diploma sent to.
There is a $10 fee (check or cash) payable to UWRF.

Duplicate diplomas are ordered four times a year (after each term). Please contact the Registrar's Office for further information.
