  • Designed a poster board to keep track of financial progress of the "Rebuild the Depot" project, and assisted coordinating a community celebration party when the goal was met

  • Improved written communication skills by writing a press release sent out to 30 railroad magazines and newspapers, writing memos to departments of the hospital, and writing radio advertisements

  • Organized a "Third Thursday" program about the new MRI in the hospital and guided a group of approximately 30 touring senior citizens around the hospital

  • Interviewed hospital patients and visitors for the "Front Lobby Assessment Project" to insure satisfaction on a daily basis

  • Enhanced professionalism by attending various business meetings and events of all sizes
