  >  Conducted in-home visits to ensure child's safety

  >  Met with teachers and other faculty to discuss children's needs in order to
       accurately accommodate their needs

  >  Distributed Turningpoint Information through brochures and over the
       phone

  >  Conducted "Friendship Groups" for children grades kindergarten through
       sixth according to the child's needs and their Individual Education Plan  
       (IEP)

  > Introduced the Power and Control Wheel in order to educate women on  
      the domestic violence cycle

  >  Co-facilitated children's support groups to concentrate on issues of anger,
       sadness, communication and the importance of non-violence

  >  Attended workshops through the St. Paul Public School District on

           Fetal Alcohol Syndrome
           Hmong Mental Health  

  >  Traveled throughout Norway and Sweden on a Social Welfare tour to    
       learn about social welfare systems in other countries
