Knowing how to evaluate job offers and negotiate salary and benefits is a key factor to your success and happiness in your first professional position after college. However, these skills are rarely taught in the classroom. This session will discuss how to identify a job that fits your personality and skill set and how to negotiate for fair and competitive wages and benefits.
