Research Interests:
My research has focused on gender differences in labor market outcomes. I am currently working on a manuscript examining differences in work flexibility among self-employed women in St. Croix County, Wisconsin. My most recent publication is “Earnings, Effort, and Work Flexibility of Self-Employed Women and Men: The Case of St. Croix County, Wisconsin,” published in 2009 in the Journal of Labor Research.
