Comments from Selected Internships

Mark Lindberg, MIS major, and James Halligan, CSIS major, completed
internships with UWRF FredNet Services.  Mark's comments about his
internship are "Completing an internship at FredNet Services has
helped me groom my leadership and technology skills.  With this
experience I have gained, I am qualified for a top level support
position that will pay me a high starting salary.  This internship has
given me the confidence and abilities to succeed in all areas of
business."

Carilynne Teigen, Finance major, completed an internship at Assurant as
part of the SOX team. Carilynne's comments about her internship are:
"Through my internship at Assurant, I realized all  the different career
opportunities available to me.  It helped boost my confidence
and taught me my own self worth in the corporate world.  Now when I interview
with other companies, I will know what to expect from myself and from the company."

Chunlan (Lana) Li, Accounting major, gained international import
experience with an internship at C.O. Lynch Enterprises in Roseville,
MN.  C.O. Lynch imports various kinds of sporting footwear.
