Research Interests:
My research has focused on gender differences in labor market outcomes. I am currently working on two manuscripts using data recently collected on self-employed in St. Croix County, Wisconsin. The first “Does Effort Impact the Earnings of Female and Male Self-Employed in St. Croix County, Wisconsin?” The second is a descriptive study entitled “The Characteristics of Self-Employed Women in St. Croix County, Wisconsin.” My most recent research publication is “Gender Differences in Expected Compensation for Earnings Uncertainty and Skewness in Business and Education,” The Social Science Journal 2006.
