Student Volunteers Needed

Career Services is looking for volunteers to help make the UWRF Annual Career Fair successful for both students and organizational representatives.

• Event Set-up: help with ballroom set-up on Tuesday evening
• Display Assistance: help representatives with displays - unload, carry, set-up, or take down
• Student Registration: hand out materials, track attendees entering in the fair, and collect attendee evaluations
• Refreshment Servers: take refreshments to the representatives so they can focus on meeting guests, and promoting their organization
• Runners: provide general assistance where needed during the fair

By volunteering your time, you will meet with representatives from various types of organizations. This can be a valuable learning experience preparing you for the future. This is a great opportunity for sorority and fraternity members to gain community service hours. As a volunteer you will also receive a meal ticket that you may use at the employee lunch. We would appreciate it if you could volunteer an hour or so of your time to help make our fair a successful event.
