Student and Intern Teacher Resources

• Click on the desired link beneath the document you wish to fill out or print.
• A window will pop up. We recommend you select "Save" and save it in a place where you will remember so you can make changes on your computer.
• Some of the files are in Rich Text Format (have a .rtf after the file name) and can be opened with all standard word processing applications. Others are saved in Microsoft Word Format (followed by .doc) and can be opened with Microsoft Word and some versions of Wordpad.
• Any file ending in .pdf should automatically open with Adobe Acrobat Reader if you have it on your computer. If you do not, you will need to download it here.
• Make sure you save all of your information! This will save you many future headaches.
• Print the appropriate number of copies for each form.
• Once you have completed the required forms, submit printed copies to the appropriate recipients and follow up in the indicated manner (differs, depending on form).
