Registration Information
Fees:
| Ag Tech & FFA Qualifying Contests: $4
for each student |
| Invitational Crop Show: $1 for each entry up to $4
max. per school |
| Middle School Contests: Separate Registration Form,
$4 per team |
| Student Lunch Tickets: $6.25 Each (Teachers, Bus Drivers,
and Adult Chaperones will receive free tickets) |
Note: Lunch changes cannot be made after Monday, March
31st
|
| Late Registration Fee: $40 if your initial registration is not received
by March 25th |
Note: Registrations postmarked, faxed or e-mailed after Friday,
March 28th will not be accepted
|
Payment is due by April 5th. Please
make checks out to Agricultural Technology Contest.
Refunds totaling under $15 will be will be donated the the Wisconsin
FFA Foundation unless otherwise requested.
Refunds over $15 will be mailed after the contest. |

Registration Form:
The forms are Microsoft Excel files (one for Ag Tech Registration, one
for Middle School Contests). For best results save a copy of each form
to your local computer or network and then open with Microsoft Excel to
fill it out (choose the Save option, not Open after you
click on the link below if using Internet Explorer).
You can submit the file as an email attachment to ag_tech@uwrf.edu (ag_tech@uwrf.edu) or FAX to 715-425-3785 ATTN: Ag Ed. Please print a copy for your records before you submit.
