1. CONTESTS

Teams
consist of up to five students
2. REGISTRATION
·
Registration is due MONDAY, September
24th!! You can drop or sub
individual students later, but we need an initial count on the 24th. Payment is due on the day of the contest.
Please make checks payable to Ag Technology Contest.
·
Late
fee for registration is $40.00
·
$4.00
contest fee per student
·
Certain contests may
have limited facilities; therefore, priority will be given to
·
State qualifying
contests will be registered on a first come, first serve basis.
·
Invitational teams
will be placed on a waiting list in the order of receipt.
·
Confirmation
statements will be sent via e-mail.
·
If you are registered
and will not be able to attend, it is critical that we are informed IMMEDIATELY
so we can contact a team on the waiting list.
3. Lunch
·
Lunch
tickets are not included in registration cost but are available for
$6.50each. Lunch counts can’t be changed
after October 2th at 4 pm.
·
Advisors
who assist in scoring, adult chaperones and all bus drivers receive free lunch
tickets.
·
NO refunds will be given
for changes in the lunch count after October 2th
·

Check-in
at Riverview Ballroom in the University Center at 8:00
·
Opening
Welcome in the Riverview Ballroom, University Center at 8:45
· Contests start at 9:00 – specific locations will be announced
·
Lunch
at the Riverside Commons in the Univesity Center runs from 10:30 – 1:30
