Graduate Program Procedures

Application Procedures

For those seeking the MS in Ag Education degree

For those seeking continuing education (Non-Degree Seeking / temporary status)

  • A temporary student is one who is not taking courses to apply toward a graduate degree.
  • Be aware that, should you choose to enroll in a graduate degree program at a later date, only 9 temporary credits will apply toward your degree and the seven year limit for completing a degree begins from the date the first graduate level course is taken.
  • To become a temporary student, please follow the procedures outlined at http://www.uwrf.edu/ogs/gs/gs-index.php/gs-howtoapply/23/gs -the application processing fee is waived.

Course Registration Procedures

Please register online using the UWRF eSIS tool.

Step 1: Log into eSIS (https://esis89.uwrf.edu/psp/esis89/?cmd=login/) using your Falcon Account (w....) and password.

Step 2: Sign the Fee Payment Agreement using the link from the Finances section of your eSIS Student Center (http://www.uwrf.edu/esis/Tutorials/esisfeepaymentagreement.php)

Step 3: Add each class using the Academics - Enrollment section of your eSIS Student Center (http://www.uwrf.edu/esis/Tutorials/esisadd.php)

Step 4: Confirm enrolment by viewing and printing schedule. Use the My Class Schedule in the Academics - Enrollment section of your eSIS Student Center for this.

Tuition and Fee Payments

  • Tuition and fee bills are delivered electronically to current students at their UWRF email account. No paper bills are mailed. Additional information can be found on the Accounts Receivable web site (http://www.uwrf.edu/accounts-receive/)
