Student/Intern Teaching in Agricultural Education -- Application and ResourcesDates for Fall 2009 Student TeachersCAMPUS MEETING DATES Student Teachers Meeting - Friday, Aug. 21, 2009 - 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., Ag Sci 328 Student Teacher Professional Development Day – Friday, Sept. 25, all day, Kinni Theatre, UC, w/ Lunch in Ag Sci Student Teachers Meeting - Friday, Nov. 6, 2009 - 12-4 p.m., Ag Sci 231 Final Student Teachers Meeting - Friday, Dec. 18 - 12-4 p.m., Ag Sci 231 COMMENCEMENT Sun., Dec. 20, 2009 (deadline for application – Sept. 25) Application ProcessThe following documents are to be completed the semester prior to that in which you plan to student teach (Spring Semester for Fall Placement, Fall for Spring Placement). All documents must be submitted on-time to secure you a Student Teaching Placement. Failure to provide all documents and complete all requirements may result in a non-placement for student teaching. A completed Student/Intern Teaching Application will include the following items: Documents to Submit ‘Hard Copy’(each link will open a form - save the form before you start to enter information) 1. Student Teaching Intent Form
4. Records Release Authorization 5. A current DAR (Unofficial Transcript for graduate students) This packet is to be submitted to Dr. James Graham by 4:00 p.m. on the 3rd Friday of the semester. Documents to Submit ‘electronically’: (These documents will be sent to your cooperating teacher and university supervisor.) 1. Student/Intern Teacher Information Sheet 2.
