The conference will convene on the University of Wisconsin-River Falls campus in River Falls, Wisconsin. River Falls is located 30 miles east of Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota on Wisconsin Highway 35 and is readily accessible from the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport.  

Lodging is not included in the registration fee.  Please make your own reservations directly with motels in the River Falls area.  Blocks of rooms have been reserved at the Country Inn or the Super 8. The Country Inn is the location of several symposiums events. When making a reservation please mention that you will be attending the Food Microbiology Symposium.

Limited parking will be available on campus during the conference. UW-River Falls will provide shuttle service from the River Falls motels to and from campus each morning and afternoon of the conference and for evening events.
