Please note, after September 12th the
registration fee goes up to $700.
Registration
- Complete the Registration Form and return with your check payable to UWRF Food Microbiology Symposium by September 12, 2008.
- Please complete a separate form for each person registering. The registration fee of $600 includes the conference manual,
abstracts of the presentations, two lunches, breaks, the banquet and participation in the workshop.
- Transportation to/from the
Minneapolis/St. Paul airport and lodging is not included in the registration fee.
- Limited enrollment, registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Registration fees are fully refundable if
cancellation is made prior to September 26, 2008. A refund is subject to a $50 cancellation fee after September 30.
- Substitutions from the same company, institution or agency will be accepted. A notification of substitution is required.
