Why I decided to attend UW-River Falls : I decided to attend UW-River
Falls because of their outstanding Elementary Education program and the small
town community feel.
Favorite food served on campus: The AMAZING salad bar.
Favorite feature of UW-River Falls : Small-town community feel.
Campus Involvement: InterVarsity Christian
Fellowship.
Favorite professor: I don't have a favorite, all my professors have been
wonderful! They are all very friendly and have a passion for what they
are teaching.
Favorite spot on campus: Sitting in Pete's Creek Corner while working on
homework, talking to friends or eating.
Favorite event on campus: The Involvement Fair. At the beginning of the
semester, there is an involvement fair where all the organizations on
campus put out tables and you can walk around and get information about
the organizations. It is neat to see all the great ways to get involved on
campus.
Best reason to live on campus: By living on campus I have been able to
meet some wonderful people and form strong relationships with them.
Best thing about being a student at UW-River Falls : There are many
reasons why I love being a student at River Falls, but if I had to
choose I would say the amazing friendships I have made!
Advice to Incoming students : Step out of your comfort zone and
try something new, say "Hi" to someone you have never talked to before or
form friendships with people you never thought you could be friends with.
