The University of Wisconsin-River Falls again this year will recognize two outstanding members of the Classified Staff - one from Group A and one from Group B. We are now seeking nominations for the 2008 recipient of the Chancellor's Recognition Award to Classified Staff, which will be presented in the fall of 2008.
We invite nominations from permanent classified staff and supervisors of classified staff for each classified staff group (A and B). Faculty, academic staff and students may submit letters of support for nominees. To make a nomination, review the two lists of classified staff that are eligible to receive the award and identify one person from each group who you think best meets these criteria:
1. Success in fulfilling the overall responsibilities
of the job;
2. Participation in university service projects
outside of the job; and
3. Human relations (interpersonal skills, attitude,
support, etc.).
The nomination should include the 1) nominee name, position, and campus address; and 2) a detailed narrative describing how the nominee meets the criteria. You may nominate one person from each group (A and B).
You may use the Chancellor's Recognition Award to Classified Staff Nomination Form to nominate your candidates.
