As a Pre-Major, you are in a position to explore and plan for your future. This is a time to do self-exploration as well as investigate the many possibilities that are available to you at UW-RF. Yet, at the same time you will make efficient progress on degree requirements. You need to start by asking yourself, "What do I want to do?" or "What do I enjoy doing?". At this point, you may have a couple different answers to each question, but it is a starting point. These answers can help guide you as you begin exploring majors.

You come to the university as a unique individual with experiences, talents, interests, and desires that will help guide you as you explore different majors. With the proper planning and personal initiative you can combine course work, internships, campus activities, community service, and employment that will enhance your candidacy for future career opportunities. You need to be an active participant in this exploration process.
