UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN River Falls
As members of the university staff at UW-River Falls we have the opportunity to participate in shaping decisions made by the governance groups and administration, a privilege not afforded to university staff on all UW campuses. This is possible through the University Staff Senate (USS). Created in 2011, USS promotes ongoing education, professional development activities and communication between university staff employees and the broader university community. The council members will serve as advisors to the chancellor and other university administrators when decisions are being made that affect our campus. USS will also provide a forum for all university staff employees (represented, non-represented, limited term-recurring, and project appointment) and for interactions with members of the university community, including faculty, staff, and students.
