General Tobacco Cessation (smoking and tobacco):

UWRF Student Health and Counseling Services

Minnesota Tobacco Quit Line

The QUITPLAN Helpline offers free phone counseling and personalized support to help you quit tobacco. The program is free for people who live or work in Minnesota and who are uninsured or without coverage through their health plans.  You will speak with a Quit Coach who will discuss your tobacco use and create your personalized plan to quit. This site is for smokeless tobacco users. Users need a username and password to become “members” of the site. The site itself is a web-based research project website used to evaluate ways to help people quit using smokeless tobacco.
