Department: Student Life Reports to: Student Life Coordinator Appointment: Academic year 2012-2013 - a nine-month appointment with a tentative start date in late August 2012 and an end date in late May 2013.
Spring 2012 Commitment: Division of Student Affairs Student Staff Kick-Off (Tentative Date: April 15th, 2012)
Summer/Break Commitments: Some summer and j-term hours/training required. Special training dates noted by position.
Classification: Non-Hourly Paraprofessional Remuneration: $4,000 stipend (Pay schedule is bi-weekly) for a minimum of 15 hours/week Professional Development Opportunities & Expectations: Falcon Programmers engage in team and individual professional development opportunities including shared retreats, training, featured event support and other full board actives advising to assist in applying programmer experiences to future academic and career pursuits. Programmers are expected to participate in board meetings/events, team meetings, advisor meetings, position specific training and professional development, assist as need with other Falcon programs activities and other duties as assigned. Additionally, each programmer will engage in management of social media and marketing software and systems; ex: outlook. Facebook, campus calendar, axis tv etc.
