Topic - Anger

Anger is an emotion that gets a lot of bad press.  We can learn to experience and manage our anger, just as we can learn to experience and manage our other emotions.

By learning what your anger means, what it feels like and how you act on it, you can start to learn from and respond to anger in a more adaptive way.
