Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972

Title IX Coordinator

Gregg Heinselman, Associate Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs, and UW-River Falls Title IX Coordinator, is responsible for:

  • overseeing Title IX policy implementation and monitoring
  • coordinating training, education, and communications
  • administrating grievance procedures regarding sex discrimination, sexual harassment, and sexual assault
  • appointing deputy Title IX Coordinator(s)
