Getting to know people working in the Ramsey County Probation. Basically, networking and finding many opportunities. Establishing relations with co-workers and getting to know patients or people on your case loads. Watching kids succeed while on the program (2008).

Giving kids consequences for violating probation. Most difficult situation is if parents cover for their kids and don't tell us the truth. We can't help them if they aren't willing to cooperate.(2008)
