• Everyone was willing to make me feel comfortable and was concerned that I was keeping busy. Each agent had various things they wanted to teach me. I was treated wonderful. Another thing was that if I did something good, they agents were sure to inform me. (1997)
• This was a wonderful opportunity. The people here were great, they were very willing to help me out and let me get as much experience as I liked. (1993)

• Some days were slow because I did not have a large case load, so sometimes I had already met with the client and then I wouldn't be able to meet with them for awhile. (1997)
