About Crabtree Hall

Crabtree Hall is a four-story coed residence hall housing 266 first year residents. The building is close to student parking (O Lot) and near sand volleyball and basketball courts. Crabtree has seven Resident Assistants, an Assistant Complex Director and a Hall Director. Crabtree is home to our Agricultural themed community, and the following Living-Learning Communities: 

  • TEACH : Education majors
  • Taking Care of Business (TCOB): Business majors
  • Infinity & Beyond: Women in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics

Crabtree Hall, built in 1967, was named after academic President James W. Crabtree, who served UWRF from 1911-1917.
