Students who have voluntarily interrupted their university work and who were in good academic standing at the time of last attendance may apply through the Registrar for re-entry. Any financial obligations must be settled prior to registering for any classes.
The priority application date for re-entry is 60 days prior to the beginning of the academic term. Re-entry Applications
are available electronically or from the Registrar's Office, Room 105 North Hall. Due to enrollment caps, re-entry students may not be eligible for immediate re-entry for the term desired and may have to wait until a space is available in a later term.
Students who have attended other institutions since their last attendance at UW-River Falls must have an official transcript sent from their previous institutions to the Registrar and submit an application for re-entry. To be readmitted to UWRF, students must be in good standing and eligible to return to the institution(s) last attended.
Students who were suspended from the University and are now seeking re-entry must complete the re-entry application
at least 60 days prior to the start of the term: July 1 for Fall Term, November 1 for Spring Term and April 1 for Summer Term. Re-entry applications for students who were previously suspended will be reviewed on an individual basis to determine each student's eligibility for re-entry.
