All Bachelor and Master Degree seeking candidates for graduation must apply for graduation through eSIS.  Click here for instructions on how to apply for graduation in eSIS.

Any Master Degree student participating in commencement will need to wear the proper regalia.  Please complete the Order Form for Master Degree Regalia and submit to the Falcon Shop in the University Center.  Please contact the Falcon Shop at 715-425-3962 or by email Bookstore@uwrf.edu with any questions regarding graduation regalia.

A $40 application fee will be added to your UWRF account once the application is filed in eSIS. The graduation application fee is a non-refundable fee and does not include the price of cap and gown for the commencement ceremony. Applications should be submitted during the first four weeks of the term in which you plan to graduate. J-Term graduates who are planning to participate in the Fall commencement ceremony must follow the Fall application deadlines. Summer graduates who are planning to participate in the Spring commencement ceremony must follow the Spring application deadlines. Listed below are the actual deadlines for the term in which you plan to graduate.
