Looking for a team?
The Intramural Sports program helps potential participants locate others who would like to form a team or already have a team that needs a few extra players. We call individuals looking for teams "free agents". As a free agent, you can join a team at any point in the season, although getting connected early helps. We recommend starting a week before the start of the sport's registration period. See the UWRF Intramural home page for registration periods and season start dates.
Join as a Free Agent using IMleagues!
- Log in to your IMLeagues.com account. Just type in your University provided W# and password. (If you are logging in for the first time, you will need to fill out a bit of information for your profile.)
- Once you are logged into IMLeagues, click the Create/Join Team button at the top right of your user homepage page OR click on the “University of Wisconsin - River Falls” link to go to the UWRF homepage on IMLeagues.
- The current sports will be displayed, click on the sport you wish to join.
- Choose the league you wish to play in (Men’s, Women’s, Co-Rec, etc.)
- Choose the division you’d like to play in (M/W, T/TH, etc.)
You can list yourself as a free agent in as many divisions within a league as you’d like. You will be visible to all members of the site and can request to join teams, or post information about yourself so teams can request to add you to their team.
We also encourage free agents to attend the captains meeting, that way you can get connected with a team or other free agents face to face.
Going the free agent route isn't the easiest, but once you find a team, you may find that you'll play other sports together for the rest of the year or even your college career!
