Dinner BellThe famous red dinner bell is rung before each meal to notify guests that it’s time to enjoy the savory food that is prepared fresh daily by the Discovery Center staff.

Meal Times

Standard meal times are:

  • Breakfast 7:30am
  • Lunch 12:00pm
  • Dinner 5:30pm.

Sample Menus


Breakfast

French toast with Maple syrup
Scrambled eggs with ham
Pancakes with blueberries or strawberries

Every breakfast has fresh fruit, cold cereal, muffins, and toast available, 
along with orange juice, milk or coffee or tea.

Lunch
Homemade soup
Sandwiches such as chicken, BBQ beef, or grilled cheese on homemade bread, Ham on Rye Bread,or turkey on whole wheat bread.

Every lunch includes fresh fruit & fresh veggies with dip. Cookies are served for dessert along with milk,coffee or tea.

All dinners are served with dinner rolls, fresh lettuce salads with
tomatoes, green pepper, olives and choice of dressings. Dessert is also served with milk, coffee, or tea.
