Employee Parking

Permit Application

  • Employee permits are virtual, no display necessary.
  • You must be a current employee and have an active Falcon account to complete this application.
  • Purchase of a parking permit authorizes parking only in the designated lot for the registered vehicle(s) only. A maximum of two vehicles can be registered to the parking permit Only one vehicle can be parked on campus at a time.
  • Please provide updated information to the Parking Office anytime a vehicle or license plate change is made. Vehicles parked on campus without being registered to a permit are subject to a citation or can utilize public parking.
  • Completing an application does not guarantee a permit as they are issued according to availability, on a seniority basis. An email notice will be sent once the permit application has been processed and the purchase is complete. Do not park in the permit lot until the proper notification has been received. Parking in the a permitted space prior to notification is prohibited and the vehicle(s) would be subject to a citation.
  • An annual employee parking permit is valid in the home lot and PAY3 lot without paying at the pay station.
  • If you wish to cancel your parking permit you must contact the parking office at parking@uwrf.edu.
  • Employee annual parking permits are valid from August 23rd through the following August 31st (pending processing).
  • Permit prices are pro-rated and reduce as of the 1st of each month. Please keep this in mind when choosing a desired start date.
  • Motorcyles require a MC permit which can be purchased separately for a separate charge.

*If you are an employee that is not paid by the university do not complete this form. Please call the Parking office at 715-425-3333 and ask for an Affiliate application. 

*Students and/or Student employees are not eligible for this permit.

Vehicle #2 (Optional): If you choose to register a second vehicle to your permit, you must complete all fields. Incomplete information will result in the vehicle not being added to the permit. This may result in a citation.

Permit prices are pro-rated and reduce as of the 1st of each month.

If Yes - $25.00 Fee (Supervisor approval must be emailed to parking@uwrf.edu before this request will be processed. All Campus permits are only valid in employee permit spaces and non-reserved meters/pay by space parking. Home lot must be utilized on a regular basis or the vehicle will be cited.)
