SERVE 'N' LEAD Applications Out

Do you have a commitment to service? Do you want to meet others at UWRF who have a similar passion? Apply for SERVE 'N' LEAD today!

SERVE 'N' LEAD is a program geared toward first-year students interested in becoing an egaged member of the River Falls community. Participants will learn about themselves, work in a team setting, and participate in a service project in River Falls.

Saturday, September 8

First-Year Student Kayak Trip

During an afternoon paddle, 8 new students will be guided down the Kinnickinnic River, experiencing a wilderness adventure in their new home away from home. Transportation, kayaks, dry bags, 2 river guides (current UWRF students) and life jackets will be provided. Life jackets must be worn at all times. In case of sever weather, participants will be contacted in advance and trip will be re-scheduled. Participants will provide their own lunch, water, change of clothes, sunscreen, sunglasses, camera, and footwear. No experience necessary, athletic background preferred. The cost is free so sign up online today!
