All new students who have not taken college-level courses in English composition and/or math are required to take the Wisconsin Regional Placement Tests before registering for classes. Academic advisors need your score(s) to place you in the appropriate classes. If you are not sure whether you need to take any of these exams, please contact the Admissions Office at 715-425-3500 or e-mail email@example.com.
If you need to take any of these exams, you can take your Placement Tests on campus in the University Center (building #20 on the campus map) on Wednesday, January 22. Placement Tests are offered at the following times (you do not need to register for these testing dates):
- Modern Language Test - 3:00 p.m.
- Math Placement Test - 4:15 p.m. (non-graphing calculators are allowed)
- English Placement Test - 6:00 p.m.
*Up to 90 minutes is allowed for each exam, please plan accordingly.
