Responsibilities:
- Serve as a leader and role model to new international students.
- Take an active role in supporting all new international students during their transition to campus.
- Acquaint students with campus resources, activities, and opportunities.
- Assist in organization and implementation of International Student Orientation activities and programs.
- Plan and perform skit depicting college life in the United States and at UWRF.
- Lead discussion groups.
- Conduct campus tours.
- Exercise mature judgment and patience.
- Support and encourage fellow staff members.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Reliable, responsible, confident, creative, sincere, flexible, willing to help, and good communication skills.
- An energetic and fun personality, positive attitude, and dedication.
- Minimum of 2.5 cumulative GPA.
- Eligible to register as a full-time UWRF student fall of 2012.
- Basic knowledge of UWRF campus.
- Willing to learn and be challenged.
- Able to attend all training sessions and International Student Orientation program.
- Not employed at UWRF as an OTL for Week of Welcome (New Student and Family Programs), as a Falcon Programmer (Student Life), or as a Resident Assistant (Residence Life).
Compensation:
- Enhance communication and leadership skills.
- $280 gross salary payable in one sum.

- On-campus housing during the program if needed.
