The "Welcome Home" volunteers are a group of enthusiastic students, faculty, and staff who help new students and their families during New Student Move-In on Saturday, August 30.

All volunteers will receive a Welcome Home t-shirt during training.
Food and beverages will be available for purchase in the University Center. Please plan to eat before or after your shift. We will also have a water cart on campus to ensure that you remain hydrated and healthy during your shift.
If you plan to live in the residence halls and are helping with New Student Move-In, you will need to request an Early Arrival. "Welcome Home" volunteers can move into their rooms beginning Friday, August 29. Please check-in at the Department of Residence Life's Central Office (B3 East Hathorn Hall) when you arrive. Failure to attend training or your assigned Move-In volunteer shift will result in an Early Arrival Fee charged to your University Account.
