The Department of New Student and Family Programs is committed to providing new students (domestic and international) and their families with the information, resources, and support that is needed during the transition to and through the college experience.

We will challenge and support new students as they engage in UWRF’s intellectual, cultural, and social climate. Our programs introduce new students to educational opportunities and the social responsibilities that are expected of campus community members.

We also believe that involved and informed parents and family members are an essential resource to new students during their transition to campus and consider them to be valuable partners in encouraging student success.

Family Day Registration
Registration for Family Day 2012 is now open! Join us Saturday, September 22, for a day filled with activities and fun for the whole family! Register your family today, and check out the Schedule of Events.

Sign-Up to Attend Transfer/New Student Registration
One of the first steps to becoming a Falcon is attending a Registration Program. During this one-day program, you'll meet with academic advisors, select courses, register for classes, meet other new students, and learn more about campus resources. Select and confirm your program date online at: go.uwrf.edu/register

Spirit Fridays
Did you know that every Friday is UWRF Spirit Day? Students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to wear UWRF clothing each and every Friday! Send us a picture of you with your UWRF spirit to nsfp@uwrf.edu.
