Circulation Department

The circulation desk is located to the left as you enter the library.

To check out circulating materials you will need to have a valid university ID or community borrower card.

The checkout period for most materials is 28 days for students and community users

The checkout period for most materials for faculty and staff is one semester.

You may check out books, government documents, cassettes, compact discs, records, and video recordings. Reference materials and periodicals must be used in the library.

A valid University ID is also required to use reserve materials.

When faculty place materials on reserve, those materials will be available for limited use, usually for 2 hours or overnight. Faculty are asked to send materials to the Circulation Desk at least two weeks before they are to be used by students.
