The Position: We are seeking to fill an Administrative Program Manager III position which has a working title of Director of Grants and Research. This position reports to the Provost and Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs and is a member of the Academic Affairs Directors group. This position is a 12 month annual appointment. Compensation is based upon qualifications, including education and experience.
Specific Responsibilities: Oversee daily operation of the Grants and Research Office, identifying and acquiring financial support from federal, state, and private sources and ensuring compliance with internal and external rules and regulations. The Director of Grants and Research provides pre-award support and grant application coordination to the campus community engaging in proposal writing. This individual will also assist in undergraduate research, scholarly and creative activities (URSCA), IRB, and IACUC.
