All Residence Halls (except George R. Field South Fork Suites (SFS))

There are two types of rooms in the residence halls: 1) all halls except SFS the have double rooms, which are rooms with two beds shared by two people, and  2) suite style rooms are available only in George R. Field South Fork Suites, which are four bedrooms that have one bed each and  share a living room, bathroom and kitchen.

Loft Room Design

All of our halls, have updated furniture. Here is what is included in these rooms:

  • 2 Closets (26" x 44")
  • 2 Loftable Beds (85.5" x 38.5")
  • 2 Mattresses (80" x 36")
  • 2 Dressers
  • 2 Desk Carrells
  • 2 Study Desks
  • 2 Desk Chairs
  • 2 Rolling File Cabinets
  • 1 Micro Fridge Unit-Includes Refrigerator (5.6 cubic feet) and Microwave (0.9 cubic feet) in one unit
  • 2 Mirrors
  • 2 Towel Bars
  • 1 Garbage Can
  • 1 Set Window Blinds

Additional Measurements for Crabtree, Parker, McMillan, Hathorn East & West, Prucha, May, and Johnson

  • Loft distance from inside loft leg to inside loft leg: 6' 8" (accommodates a futon no wider than 6' 8")
  • Loft distance from floor to bed when lofted: Maximum height bed can be loft from the floor is 6' 4" (however beds can be lofted at lower levels if desired)

Additional Measurements for Grimm and Stratton and Center Hathorn

  • Loft distance from inside loft leg to inside loft leg: 6' 8" (accommodates a futon no wider than 6' 8")
  • Loft distance from floor to bed when lofted: Maximum height bed can be loft from the floor is 6' (however beds can be lofted at lower levels if desired)

All lofting materials are supplied in your room. Homemade lofts are not allowed.

  • You must keep all supplied items in your room.
  • If furniture is removed from your room, you will be charged for the replacement value.
  • We are unable to store personal belongings in hall storage.
