Are you looking to contact Falcon Center? Have a comment, question, or concern? The Falcon Center Operations team would love to hear from you. We value and appreciate any compliments, suggestions, information, and/or concerns that you can provide about Falcon Center Operations and its staff.  Please follow the appropriate steps below to assist us as we work to serve the university and its students.

If you have compliments, suggestions, or information that you would like to share about any of the staff reporting to Falcon Center Operations, please provide the following details:

Concerns or Complaints

We endeavor to provide excellent service.  However, if you have concerns or complaints about any of the services provided by the areas reporting to Falcon Center Operations (e.g. Amphitheatre, Falcon Center, Intramural Fields, Outdoor Athletic and Recreation Fields, Smith Stadium at Ramer Field) please take the following steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Discuss the issue with the individual involved.  If a satisfactory outcome does not occur, proceed to step 2.
  2. Discuss the issue with the Director of Falcon Center Operations.  If a satisfactory outcome does not occur, proceed to step 3.
  3. Discuss the issue with the Executive Director of Facilities Planning and Management.  You will need to schedule a meeting by calling (715) 425-3827.  If a satisfactory outcome does not occur, proceed to step 4.
  4. File a formal complaint
