Building Maintenance is responsible for the operation and maintenance of 30 major buildings on the main campus totaling approximately 2 million square feet, campus utility systems, and for small remodeling projects on campus. 

Scope of work includes:

• Building envelopes (roofs, masonry, windows)
  
• Mechanical systems (heating, ventilating, air conditioning)
  
• Plumbing systems (hot and cold supply, waste and storm systems)
  
• Control systems (electronic, pneumatic)
  
• Electrical systems (primary, secondary, distribution)
  
• Interior finishes (walls including painting, ceilings, floors)
• Safety and security systems (fire, smoke, locks)
  
• Fleet vehicles and service vehicles
  
• Specialty systems (elevators,  theater lifts, etc.)
