Known Issues

Problem with logging in: When you log in you may need to refresh your browser to complete the process. 

Uploading files or images: CommonSpot may "freeze" or give you an error. However, the document or image may have uploaded in spite of the error message.

We are working to resolve these issues. Stay tuned for further information.

Browser Compatibility News

• Commonspot CMS is MOST compatible with Fire Fox 9 and IE 8. 
• Windows 7 users should use Fire Fox 9 but MAY use IE 9 in compatibility mode. 
• Fire Fox 10+ is NOT fully compatible with Commonspot CMS.  
  
• Please install or revert back to Fire Fox 9:
  Fire Fox for Windows
  Fire Fox for Mac
  Upon install prevent future updates by choosing
  Tools Menu>Options>
  Advanced>Update Tab>
  Uncheck Fire Fox updates
