Office of Human Resources

The Office of Human Resources strives to foster and support a campus environment that is diverse, inclusive and free of discrimination and harassment. International Student Services (ISS)

International Student Services serves as the primary resource for UW-River Falls international students. The staff in ISS works closely with other members of the University and River Falls community in an effort to improve international student academic, social, and professional success. We are proud to currently host 90 international students from 16 different countries.

McNair Scholars Program

The Ronald E. McNair Post-Baccalaureate Achievement Program is federally funded by the United States Department of Education to provide eligible students with support and preparation for graduate school.

Sociocultural Programming

The Office of Student Life develops and implements sociocultural programs and services designed to support the growth, empowerment, and educational experiences for multicultural students; lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning and Ally students.

Student Support Services

This federally funded TRIO Program provides personal, academic and career support services to low income and first generation college students.

Upward Bound

Upward Bound helps qualified area high school students find academic success and preparation for college.
