Fresh made-to-order sub sandwiches or wraps.  Choose from a variety of breads, meats, and toppings to build your perfect sub, or choose from a selection of hot soups.

St. Croix Grill
Now offering a Classic and Value menu with all of your grill favorites! We'll fire up the grill for Angus Burgers topped with your choice of cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion and mushrooms or wrap up a made-to-order burrito. Choose from cheese curds, onion rings, regular or curly fries and add a 20 oz. fountain drink to make it a combo! Join us on Tuesday's for $1 hard or soft-shell tacos with all your favorite toppings.

Fresh Sushi, classic egg rolls, and Stir Fry with rice or noodles.  All dishes are made with authentic Asian flavor.

Pete’s Creek Market
Offering a variety of hot and cold food items, Pete's Creek is our main meal transfer and on-the-go dining facility. Chicken Tenders, french fries, macaroni and cheese are available daily for lunch, a rotating dinner menu in the evenings, and our Baja Mexican classics for Late-Night.

Riverside Commons
Riverside Commons is an all-you-care-to-eat venue which offers a variety of menu options.  It is the primary meal plan dining location on-campus, however, guests paying with cash, credit cards, or Falcon Dollars are welcome at any time. Join us each week for $5 Fridays, where admission to Riverside Commons is only $5!
