Use this form to grant another person access to an existing folder in your e-mail account.
Note: If you want to access someone else's e-mail folder, ask that person to make this request.

Read-only access will allow the person you specify to read e-mail in the folder, but they will not be able to delete messages, to put other messages into the folder or to create subfolders of the shared folder.
Full access
will permit reading, moving and deleting e-mail messages as well as creating and deleting subfolders.
