DoTS Teams up with TeamDynamix

The Division of Technology Services (DoTS) has teamed up with TeamDynamix, the leading provider of PPM (Project Portfolio Management) and ITSM (Information Technology Service Management) software for colleges and universities.What does this mean for you?

  • Information on the DoTS website is laid out in a more standard way allowing you to find what you need easier.
  • You have access to a knowledge base where there are articles that may help you with the many services offered by DoTS.  How-to articles and frequently asked questions articles are featured.
  •  You have access to a service catalog where you can find out about some of the services that are offered by DoTS.  (More services are coming.)  You can also request many services directly from the service catalog.* When you request a service, your request is routed automatically to the person that can fulfill that request for you, bypassing intermediate hands and allowing for faster resolution.
  • You have access to a client desktop (web page) where you can find out the details of tickets you have opened with DoTS.
  • You can request project help or have DoTS manage a project for you.  Requesting projects has been made more visible.
  • You can request a change to be made to a system (including who has access to a system) easily.
  • If you are accustomed to using DoTS forms, you can find a list of forms on the service catalog search page.  Look in the "Request Form" field. In order to see the field you must be signed in.
