The Division of Technology Services is focused on providing services to help UW-River Falls students, faculty and staff use technologies in learning, teaching, research and administrative settings. The Division of Technology Services and the Office of the CIO consists of the following: Customer Technology Services, Information Technology Operations, Enterprise Architecture and Services, Infrastructure and Security Technologies, and Teaching and Learning Technologies.

The primary role of the Office of the CIO is to provide direction and serve as a catalyst in working with the campus community to leverage technology to advance and support the mission and goals of the university.
