Assessment must provide feedback and guidance for corrective action. This course will approach assessment as a useful tool for both student and teacher, not as a test of memorization, but as an indicator of the retention of useful knowledge and skills that can be applied to real-life situations. The class will survey diagnostic, formative and summative assessment strategies and the appropriate application of each. Register For This Class
